This class is designed to melt away your nerves, misconceptions and concerns about yoga.
We be break down yoga postures, gently improving balance, range of motion, strength, coordination and all round confidence on & off the yoga mat. You can also expect some theory
A space where open dialog, questions and not being able to touch your toes isn't just ok- its expected and accepted.
